The development consists of twelve three story houses and one block of flats.
The blocks were built in traditional build with blockwork party walls. All substructure work was undertaken.
The external skin was predominantly brickwork with blockwork to cladded areas.
We supplied mortar and all sundries.
The contract was completed on programme.
